Booking our cleaning services is easy! You can contact us via phone or WhatsApp on 058-5532209 or through the contact form on our website. Provide us with the necessary details, such as the type of cleaning service required, the size of the property, and your preferred date and time. We will respond promptly and schedule your cleaning appointment.
You can alternatively go to the booking page on the website and add your details and make an online payment and you will receive confirmation of your booking.

Bookings once confirmed can be rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours of the booking time. You can call us or WhatsApp on 058-5532209 and request for a cancellation. Any last-minute cancellations or cancellations done without 24-hour notice are non-refundable.

Please call us or WhatsApp on 058-5532209 and we will check if it’s possible to increase the time of the booking. If it’s possible we will send you confirmation and a payment link for the increased time.

Yes, you can request the same cleaner and we will assign the same cleaner based on her availability. For regular bookings with the same cleaner as per policy the client will be required to make an upfront payment for the monthly visits. The invoice will be sent at the start of the month.

We do have cleaners who can work very well around pets. However, it would be great if you could inform us before the booking so that we can assign the right cleaner.
