Terms and Conditions of Bookings, Payments and Website Use By proceeding with the booking and payment, the client acknowledges having read and understood these terms of payment and agrees to comply with them.If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact our customer service team for clarification. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  1. Refund and Cancellations:To enhance convenience and safety for our customers and staff, we accept only online payments. The payment link is sent to the customer and has a validity of 1 hour. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as this time is reserved for you. The booking is automatically cancelled if payment is not received. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide a secure and efficient online payment process.

    Weekly and monthly regular bookings: We offer the convenience of reserving weekly or monthly cleaning appointments with pre-payment for the number of visits within the specified month. While we strive to provide you with the same cleaner for each visit, please note that this may not always be possible. If you are comfortable with different cleaners attending to your apartment or villa at the reserved times, we will proceed accordingly.

    Upon confirming your desired schedule, a payment link will be sent to you for the number of visits booked for the month. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received, the bookings will be automatically cancelled.

    Cancellation policy We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Any bookings that are cancelled or rescheduled without providing a minimum of 24-hour notice will be considered a consumed visit and are non-refundable.

    Payment Terms: Full payment for Weekly/monthly cleaning services must be made in advance at the time of booking.

    Cancellation Policy: Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. This applies to the entire Weekly/monthly booking.

    Service Utilization:If any scheduled cleaning visits are cancelled or missed during the Week/month, they cannot be carried forward or rescheduled for the following Week/month. All cleaning visits must be utilized within the same calendar Week/month as the booking.

    In case of client requests for breaks for vacation/ leave or temporary discontinuation of service we will try our best to allocate the same cleaner after resuming the service but the company will not be responsible if the same cleaner is allocated to another regular booking. However, in this event, we will provide the services at another available time with the same cleaner or allocate another cleaner based on availability.

    We understand that you may have changes to your bookings and cancellations. However, last-minute cancellations result in a loss to the company as this time is reserved for you and we lose potential customers. Therefore, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

    – Bookings once confirmed can be rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours of the booking time. Any bookings that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be considered as a consumed visit.

    – Rescheduling of bookings can be done only once and any cancelled booking must be utilized within a month of the original booking otherwise it will be considered as a consumed visit .

    – For no-shows, last-minute and same-day bookings any cancellations will be non-refundable and will be considered as a consumed visit.

    Reductions and Partial Cancellations: Once a booking is made and paid in full, reductions to timings booked or partial cancellations will not be allowed. Any adjustments must be for the full duration of the original booking.

    Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted but must be for the full duration of the booking. Partial cancellations or rescheduling will not be accepted.

    Refunds: Refunds will only be issued through the original mode of payment. This means that the refund will be processed using the same method that was used to pay for the booking initially.

    Customer Complaints: The company will not be responsible for addressing any customer complaints raised after 12 hours from the completion of the booking. It’s essential for customers to report any issues promptly within this timeframe for resolution.

    These policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in managing bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds. Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these terms before making a booking.


  2. Access to premises:
    • Access to Location: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the cleaner gains access to the location at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide timely access will be chargeable.
    • Chargeable Delays: If the customer’s delay results in a delay to the booking, the additional time required will be chargeable.
    • Extension Limitations: It’s important to note that the cleaner may not be able to extend the booking time due to prior commitments or other bookings. Therefore, any delays caused by the customer’s late arrival may result in a shortened cleaning duration.
    These policies are in place to ensure that both customers and cleaners can efficiently manage their schedules and commitments. Customers should make every effort to be punctual to avoid additional charges and inconvenience to both parties.
  3. Complaints and Time Limit:Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services, including ironing and laundry, performed by our professional cleaners in accordance with client instructions. To ensure the best results and avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that clients be present to provide specific instructions for these tasks. Please be advised that our company cannot be held liable for any mishaps arising from the execution of these tasks if clients are not present to supervise and guide.

    Our cleaners are committed to delivering high-quality service by following your directives. If any aspect of the work does not meet your requirements, it is imperative that you inform us immediately before the cleaner leaves your premises. This allows us to address any concerns and instruct the cleaner to complete the job to your satisfaction. Once you have confirmed that the job has been completed satisfactorily and the cleaner has left the premises, refunds may not be possible.
  4. Client Presence and Material Usage Guidelines: We highly recommend that our clients are present at the location (apartment or office) during the service and supervise the cleaning process.
  5. Client Responsibility for Materials: In case of cleaning services booked without cleaning materials , the client is responsible for providing any cleaning materials they wish to be used during the service. Our company does not assume responsibility for materials supplied by the customer.
  6. Quality Cleaning Materials: Our team is equipped with high-quality cleaning materials to ensure effective and thorough cleaning. We understand that these materials are to be used under your supervision to maintain the desired level of cleanliness.
  7. Preference for Specific Materials: If you have any specific preferences or concerns about the use of certain materials, especially on delicate surfaces, please communicate this directly to our cleaner. Cleaning Instructions: Any cleaning instructions provided will be forwarded as they are to the cleaner for basic cleaning in the absence of the customer. The company will not be held liable for any consequences or issues resulting from these instructions.
  8. Prohibition of Ladders and Stools: For safety reasons, the use of ladders and stools in balconies is strictly prohibited during the cleaning process. This measure is implemented to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of both cleaners and residents.
  9. Glass Cleaning Restrictions: Cleaning of glass surfaces outside the balcony area will not be performed to avoid potential risks associated with working at heights. Our cleaning services will be limited to accessible and safe areas within the balcony.
  10. Limitations on Cleaning High Surfaces: Cleaners will not utilize ladders to clean very high surfaces. This precaution is in place to minimize the risk of falls and injuries. Alternative methods and equipment suitable for ground-level cleaning will be employed.
  11. Client Responsibility: Clients are advised that the company will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from specific cleaning requests that involve the use of ladders or other unsafe practices. Clients are encouraged to prioritize safety and adhere to the established guidelines.

Booking and Fees: When you make a booking through Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that the fees paid to our cleaners/cleaning company partners are non-refundable, except in cases of company-caused violations. The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company in the future. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on our income.
  3. Rate and Fee Changes: Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services may change the rates for services as needed without advance notice. Limitation of Liability: Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for the unlawful acts of cleaners/cleaning company partners and users. The customer assumes responsibility for securing cash, jewellery, and any other items of value. Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services or its cleaners are not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during the cleaning session.
  4. User Responsibility: Users are advised to exercise common sense and caution for their personal safety and property. Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services or its cleaners are not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during the cleaning session. Indemnification: Users agree to release Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services from any liability for damages and/or missing items during or after using the services.
  5. Payment: Munazefat Raaeya Building Cleaning Services will charge you for your bookings through the specified payment method on the website, such as credit card or cash. In the case of credit card payments, we may seek pre-authorization before purchase. Record Keeping: If you choose to pay by credit card, as the cardholder, you must retain transaction records and comply with our policies and rules
